"Where do I even start this new project?"
In order to learn how to understand the 80,000 (plus) parts in a player piano, mostly hidden inside the vacuum chamber. I ordered a complete set of player piano tools and books.
My next purchase was a trashed player piano. After dragging this treasure
back to my shop the big nagging question needed an answer.
After it was finished it looked new and sold fast.
My enthusiasm for piano refinishing kicked into high gear. Now nearly 30
years later
I still love it.
Restoring that old George Bent Upright Piano
